Top City Firms Laying Groundwork for London Jobs Exodus

  • As per reports, it has been revealed by many of the leading firms that they are laying groundwork for an exodus of several London jobs after Britain voted to leave the European Union. This comes a day after the process of Brexit was formally triggered by the Prime Minister Theresa May.

The investment banking firms JP Morgan and Citigroup confirmed that they are looking for relocation of key operations.

The main concern voiced by the organizations is about the passporting rights, allowing the British bankers to do business across EU countries. JP Morgan also confirmed that it is in talk to acquire a building in Dublin Docks.
