There's an airbag issue in relation to Nissans
March 27 , 2014
Nissan is reportedly recalling one million of its vehicles manufactured in 2013 and 2014. The issue seems to be related to the airbag not being able to expand during an accident. The problem is that the car doesn't recognize the fact that there's a passenger inside the vehicle.
The affected models include the Sentra, Leaf, Altima, Pathfinder, and NV200 but the company isn't aware of any fatalities that have been linked to the problem.
This news comes as Toyota and GM struggle with some safety concerns of their own.
