Target's major credit card breach was not the only mishap this holiday season: Reports suggest that some of its gift cards purchased during this time of the year haven't been activated completely, which means shoppers are having their time wasted during checking out.
According to Target, it's an extremely small error and less than .1 percent of its gift cards have been affected. People using these cards will only need to get the issue fixed at Guest Services or by calling 800-544-2943.
