Snapchat May Become Bigger Than Yahoo, AOL and Twitter

  • According to reports, the new age messaging app Snapchat has forecasted that it will be able to bring revenue through advertising which will exceed $3bn a year by 2019. The messaging app is widely popular amongst the youth having more than half of its video users under the age of 24 years.

    Currently, Facebook and Google are the biggest players in online advertising world, while being criticized for their advertising policies. Currently these two companies account for 58% market share of the $114bn mobile ad market.

    Snapchat’s closest rival Instagram is owned by Facebook.
