Shares of AirAsia fall by 7.8 percent after plane goes missing

In what is considered a biggest drop in three years, the shares of Malaysia's low-cost carrier AirAsia has fallen by 7.8 percent on Monday, December 29, following the disappearance of QZ8501 flight in Indonesia, media reports say
Economists have the opinion that due to the incident, the prospects of AirAsia to enhance yields and boost its profit in the year ahead would get affected as the travelers are turned wary.
