Ryanair attempts to buy Aer Lingus again

Budget airline Ryanair has announced it is seeking to buy its biggest Irish rival Aer Lingus.
Ryanair plans to make a cash offer for Aer Lingus, which would value it at $883 million.
Ryanair already owns 30 percent of Aer Lingus.
Ryanair tried to buy Aer Lingus in 2006 but its attempt was blocked by the European Commission.
