New Jersey woman sues former boss over traffic

  • A New Jersey woman who used to work for Fulton Financial in 2012 is making her case in court against it. Andrea DeGerolamo mentioned that she started feeling depressed and anxious, which became worse because of the rush-hour traffic.

Media reports indicate that the woman's condition was bad enough to qualify her as being disabled. She asked for a different schedule after taking a medical leave and the company accommodated, but ended up changing her position to a lower-level one.

DeGerolamo is now suing in federal court for damages.
