Michael Jordan lowers price on his mansion
January 6 , 2014
Michael Jordan has reduced the price of his stunning mansion to $16M two years after failing to sell it for about double the amount.
The price was reduced to $21M in March 2012 auction but no one even made a minimum bid of $13M last month.
The mansion includes nine bedrooms, a big garage and a cigar room. It was built in 1995 and the most stunning feature of the place is its basketball court.
"There's nobody -- man, woman or child -- who walks on the court who is not stunned by it," listing agent Katherine Malkin said. "The lighting, the floor, everything is so beautiful."
She mentioned that there's no one who "kept a house better than he did."
