According to the seller, venture capital group RCapital, they are specialists at fixing the fortunes of business with substantial financial and operational problems and it's their business to rebuild them.  The seller also said the new owner will take the brand to the next stage.

KFGR-UK said it has big plans for its newly owned company and Little Chef will benefit from brand renewal.
