Honda recalls Odyssey minivans
March 16 , 2014
Honda plans to recall 886,815 Odyssey minivans in the United States because of a defect in the fuel pump, which could cause a fuel leak.
Reports suggest that the cover of the fuel pump in vehicles from the model years 2005 to 2010 could wear down due to high temperatures and acidic chemicals. No injuries or fires have been reported as of yet but the company is expected to repair vehicles for free.
Honda also announced that replacement parts may be available only this summer and it will notify the owners next month.
