Google Glass user pulled from theater

  • Is it legal to wear Google Glass in move theaters? A theater located in Ohio pulled a user from his seat and a federal agent confiscated his device. The man was taken into a room for questioning after being busted for illegally taping the film.

"What followed was over an hour of the 'feds' telling me I am not under arrest, and that this is a 'voluntary interview,' but if I choose not to cooperate bad things may happen to me," the unnamed man said. "I kept telling them that I wasn't recording anything - my Glass was off."

The man mentioned that he wore the device only because it included his prescription lenses. Reports suggest that the feds finally concluded that he hadn't recorded anything after checking his Glass.

This is not the only high-profile case involving the device. Another user who was pulled over for wearing her Glass while driving, just got off-the-hook.
