Godiva becomes less snooty

Godiva has made a conscious effort to become less snooty. Reports suggest that the designer chocolate chain "wants to show a better sense of approachability" than it previously had. For this reason, the company has unveiled a product known as soft serve, which would appeal to the average consumer.
The product costs nearly $6 and people could get cones and cups made from dark chocolate or white.
USA Today notes that consumers now look for affordable luxuries and Godiva appears to be adapting to their needs.
