Greece and finance ministers of the eurozone have agreed on a four-month extension of financial aid following bailout talks.
Jeroen Dijsselbloem, the Dutch finance minister, said Greece had promised to honor all its debt commitments.
Dijsselbloem, who heads the Eurogroup, described the agreement as a “first step in this process of rebuilding trust”.
Greek finance minister Yanis Varoufakis said he would work very hard to present the initial reforms list by Monday.
