China Manufacturing Growth Slower Than Expected
September 30 , 2013
According to a survey, Chinese manufacturing activity is going up much more slowly than expected in the month of September. The sign of steady recovery in China's economy from a comprehensive slowdown can be weaker than thought of. HSBC Corp’s survey showed manufacturing activity expanding slightly this month, increasing from 50.1 in August to 50.2 this month, surprising analysts by coming less than 51.2 in the preliminary version which was taken earlier this month. As per HSBC the data was still positive as it extended only a little, but showed further improvement than in July, when it had hit an eleven month low.
