China becomes third largest exporter of arms in the world

According to a new report, China has become the third largest exporter of arms in the world. China, which surpassed Germany, France and the UK in exporting weapons between 2010 and 2014, is just behind US and Russia. The report revealed that China now accounts for nearly five percent of the world arms export, with Myanmar, Pakistan and Bangladesh accounting for more than two-thirds of those exports. The study further said that during the five-year period, China had served 18 African nations.
