Bailout deal: Greece's creditors arrive in Athens for 'technical talks'

Representatives of Greece’s international lenders are arriving in Athens to begin technical discussions on the third bailout deal. However, there was some confusion over whether the talks had already started.
Mina Andreeva, a spokesperson for the European Commission, said teams were “already on the ground in Athens” and the creditors were talking to the Greek government.
But Greek officials indicated that high-level negotiations over the multi-billion dollar euro bailout had not yet begun.
