Airbus offers complete support for probe into missing AirAsia flight

Airbus, the European aircraft manufacturing consortium, has declared full support to the investigation into the disappearance of the AirAsia plane QZ8501, according to media reports. The flight was reportedly flying from Indonesia en route to Singapore carrying 163 travelers on board on Sunday.
The missing airplane is a segment of the Airbus A320 family of airplanes. It is a single-aisle aircraft composed of a twin-engine that can accommodate up to 180 travelers in a single-class arrangement.
