Where is Zimbabwe?
The Republic of Zimbabwe is situated in Southern Africa. It is an entirely landlocked country. South Africa bounds the country to the south, Zambia edges it to the northwest, Botswana borders it to the southwest and Mozambique edges it to the east. The country covers a total area of 150,871 sq miles.
This landlocked republic in the southern part of African continent is situated between the Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of Capricorn. The country spans a huge and elevated inland terrain that goes down to the north towards the Zambezi basin.

The country joins Namibia at its westernmost tip. The total border length of the country is 3,066 km.
It is the 59th biggest country in the world in spite of the fact that it has a below average area in terms of Africa. Zimbabwe is bigger than Montana or Japan but smaller than Paraguay. The country covers a total area of 390,580 sq km, of which 3,910 sq km is made up of man-made and natural water bodies.
