Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, better known simply as 'the Coliseum' is a versatile indoor stadium in Uniondale, New York.
The Coliseum is home to the Hockey League team of the New York Islanders and the Football League team of the New York Dragons.

Earlier, it was home to the New York Saints National Lacrosse League team(1998-2003). It has also hosted the New York Arrows and the New York Express for the Major Indoor Soccer League.
The arena has also been home to the New York (now New Jersey) Nets basketball team (1972-1977). It has also hosted the first and the second round games of the Men's Basketball Tournament (NCAA Division I).

Several other activities such as concerts, exhibitions, trade shows etc. are also held at the Coliseum.

As far as Wrestling is concerned, it has been host to Wrestle Mania 2 and the WWE Summer slam 2002. The arena's current capacity is 16,234 for hockey, about 17,760 for concerts and 17,686 for bouts of boxing and wrestling.
