Venezuela's opposition refrains Chavez's two-third majority - 28 September

Venezuela's opposition party cheers after declaration of Sunday's polling result. Opposition party has restrained President Hugo chavez's expectation to garner two-third majority in the Parliamentary election.

However, as per the result President's United Socialist Party won 98 seats whereas the opposition party MUD won 65 seats.
