An armed group has attacked a police academy in eastern Pakistan. The reports state that the armed group has attacked the Police Academy with grenades and rifles. As per reports, 11 persons have been killed at the academy at Lahore.
The Lahore academy has been named by local media as the Manawan police training school. It is on the outskirts of the city. Firing was continuing some three hours after it started. There were reports of hostages being taken.
