Nearby local attractions include seaside town, Hermanus, world-famous for its whale-watching, many excellent local wine farms, beautiful coastline of wonderful villages, world-renowned hiking, especially the famous Boesmanskloof Trail, to which High Hopes is the nearest B&B (a few hundred metres from our front gate). High Hopes also offers a unique annual chamber concert series, held in its music and workshop room overlooking the koi pond, where a Kawai RX3 piano prepared to international standard affords professional and amateur musicians a wonderful playing experience.
