Casa O and Casa Marta, 2 self-catering, vacation houses located in the village of Pascoso (district of Pescaglia, province of Lucca,Tuscany), in the Apuane Park, 2321 feet above sea level.

Casa O is an 19th-century stone building with three floors (100 square metres approximately) suitable for five. In short, the house is made up of: 1 large kitchen with fireplace, 1 living room (with a sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (1 queen-bed room and 1 twin-bed room), 1 bathroom (shower), and 1 laundry (pantry) room. The front door takes you into the hall, where there are the kitchen (on the left side), the living room (on the right) and the stairs, which leads to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom.

The house is nestled on a hill, with three floors on one side and two on the other; therefore at the ground floor there is another room (with independent entrance) which is used for a laundry. From the patio, you can go to the private garden (approximately 100 square metres), where there are a table, chairs, sun-umbrella, and BBQ. Casa Marta is a 18th-century stone building with three floors spanning roughly 325 square feet each, suitable for six. In short, the house is made up of: 1 kitchen/living room + 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 2+2 bed large bedroom of 35 square meters) + 1 full bathroom (shower) + � bathroom (basin + bidet +WC) + 1 laundry + 1 pantry.
	The houses are fully furnished with all new or antique pieces (Tuscan pieces from the 18th and 19th centuries). We have provided a television (satellite), DVD, radio, CD player, dish washer, washing-machine etc. We have not yet installed a telephone (there is a public phone in town), but telephone, computer, and internet access are available at our office (not more than 10-50 metres far). A central heating system (oil-fired) has also been installed. And, naturally, a working fireplace adorns the kitchens, as how would a mountain house be complete without one!
Pascoso is an ideal stay for nature's lovers. However, it is not far from the "cities of arts" of Tuscany (Lucca,Pisa,Florence,Siena, etc., and beaches (Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio,which are among the most famous Italian beaches) are no more than 30 miles far. Pascoso's finest asset, and the most important reason to travel there, is the nature in which it is literally immersed. Furthermore, the houses are situated under an hours drive from many of Italy�s finest and most picturesque golf courses, i.e.: Golf Alisea - 32km -30 mins (located in the lovely country surroundings of Pietrasanta), Montecatini Golf Club - 37 km -35 mins (situated in the Tuscan countryside, this 18 hole golf course of natural beauty that has been built in the hilly countryside),Club Golf Montelupo - 40 km -40 mins (wich offers a variety of activities as well as an extremely competitive 3000 metre, nine hole golf course). The prices for each houses are from 500 to 700 Euros per week
