Yangtze River Cruise

The Yangtze River, a cradle of ancient Chinese civilization is the longest river of China and the third largest in the world after the Amazon in South America and the Nile in Africa. The mighty river is about 6,211 km long. Yangtze River map shows that the river flows from its source in Qinghai Province in Western China. The river flows eastward to East China Sea. It can be called the dividing line between Northern and Southern China.

But heavy boat traffic, fishing and industrial development have in a way hindered the conservation.
