A Vietnam airport is the hub of the various domestic and international flights to and from the country. Thus the airport in Vietnam plays an indispensable role in the country's air transport system. The most important and significant Vietnam airport is the one at Hanoi, the capital city. International flights serving the various airports in Vietnam run to a number of places like Bangkok, Taipei, Paris, Taipei, Amsterdam, Hong Kong etc. A major Vietnam airport, the Ho Chi Minh airport in Saigon was considered to be the third most busiest airports of the world. It comprises an international terminal and a domestic terminal. Modern and with a variety of facilities, the Ho Chi Minh airport is the main hub of a number of national and international airlines of Vietnam.
