Sepon river is one of the Vietnam rivers and lies in Lao Bao town border area of Vietnam (Quang Tri Province). Sepon river of Vietnam is located nearer to the Savannakhet province of Laos and is a small river of Vietnam. The position of the river is such that it acts as a border between Vietnam and Laos. Thus one side of Sepon River belongs to Vietnam whereas the other side belongs to Laos.
The Sepon River is comparatively smaller in respect to other rivers and is 100 m wide and 1 m deep approximately. The river is located in the remote area so the water is very clean, fresh and free from any sort of industrial pollutants. The beauty of the Sepon River is much more enhanced by the surrounding forests with large trees and all these makes it more attractive.
The strategical location of Sepon River makes it an important trade bridge link between Vietnam and Thailand and trade exchange is easily accessible from this river. Other advantage of the location of Sepon River is that any body can cross into Laos from Vietnam border within 30 minute of motorboat ride thereby making Sepon River an important river of Vietnam.
