On the other hand, for temporary immigration (on various grounds like study, marriage, travel and holiday, transit, business, temporary working and others) one need to acquire visa of F, J, M, B, H, and such other categories.

There are also various visa processing centers in the USA besides visa processing facilities abroad for foreign nationals in US Embassies located abroad. It is not a tough ask to acquire a US visa from any other country in the world (of late though there countries which are on the USA's black list) including Canada, Mexico, the Philippines, UK, Russia, or even Mexico ( a country known for its illegal mass immigration to the USA).
