The Legislative: The legislative branch of the government makes the law for the country wherein all citizens abide by the law. At the national level, The Congress is the legislative body, which is made of two parts that is the Senate and the House of Representatives. At the state level, it is the State Assembly and the State Senate. While at the country level it is the country legislature.
The Executive: This particular branch makes sure of the fact that the laws are carried out. At the national level, the President is the executive head along with cabinet members. And the State level it is the governor.
The Judicial: The Judicial makes sure that the laws are in line with the constitution and those who neglect to accept the laws are subjected to punishment by the judicial government. At the national level it is the Supreme Court wherein the civil or criminal cases are filed.
