Structure of United States Army

The 2 main divisions of the United States Army are Army Reserve and Active Duty. Anyone from Commissioned to Non-Commissioned Officers and Enlisted Soldiers can serve in either of the sections. No matter which rank or unit a soldier belongs to, the ultimate aim of the United States Army is to operate as a functional whole.
