Texas High School Baseball coaches and scouts formed an association in Waco, in the year 1972, to promote and innovate ideas for the development and the growth of High School Baseball in Texas. The association was named
Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association. Being one of the fastest growing
Baseball associations in Texas, it has innovated strategies and techniques that have enabled many teams to win. Training programs are held and the students are coached on upgraded Baseball technology.
