Northland Pioneer College (NPC) is a regionally accredited, community college that serves the Navajo County, Arizona. During fall and spring semesters, the College offers its students over 8000 courses. During summer sessions, it offers 2000 courses.
Northland Pioneer College has four campuses: Little Colorado Campus, Painted Desert Campus, Silver Creek Campus and White Mountain Campus. The College has centers in Heber, Hopi Center, Kayenta, Springerville/Eagar, St. Johns and Whiteriver. The academic divisions of Northland Pioneer College are Career and Technical Education Division, Division of Arts and Sciences and Nursing Division. Division of Arts and Sciences comprises of Biology, English, Library Media Technology, Math, Music, Teacher Education and Theatre Arts departments.
The Career and Technical Education Division is made up of the following departments: Adminstrative Information Services, Business, Computer Information Systems, Computer Technology, Construction Technology, Drafting Technology, Electronics Technology, Industrial Arts Technology, Small Business Management, NEAZ Tech Prep and Welding Technology. The Nursing Programs include Nursing Assistant Training, Practical Nursing, LPN-RN Transition and Registered Nursing.
Northland Pioneer College also offers a number of online courses like Written Business Communications, Business Law, Quantitative Methods, Principles of Marketing, Effective Tutoring, World Regional Geography etc.
