Downtown Campus is one of the six campuses of the Pima Community College. Pima Community College is a two-year institution of higher education located in Pima County, Arizona. The campus is centrally located in the Tuscon Metropolitan Area and was opened in 1974. The campus provides its courses to around 10,000 students. These courses are used for direct employment, university transfer or personal development. The learning experience at the Downtown Campus is an enriching one for the students as they are exposed to current technology and instructional methods. The Computer-Aided Drafting Program is one of the highlights of the campus.

The Campus has an Alternative Learning Center, Biology Learning Lab, Instructional Activities Center and Language Lab. For enhanced learning, the college provides facilities such as tutoring, computer labs, web-based courses and computer-assisted language instruction. Students can use the educational and career support services at the campus� assessment and testing center, career center, copy center, child development center, computer commons and library.

At the Downtown Campus, there�s special focus on Automotive Technology and Computer Aided Drafting. The Campus offers Associate Degree in Automotive Technology and Certificate in Automotive Mechanics. The Campus also offers Associate Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Certificates in Basic Computer Aided Drafting and Advanced Computer Aided Drafting.
