Arizona Western College

Arizona Western Community College is located in Yuma, Arizona. The College offers educational, career, and life-long learning opportunities. In fact, the partnership of the Arizona Western College and Northern Arizona University is the technological learning hub for the southwest region of the United States.

The College also has a technologically advanced worldwide alternative distance learning partnership. Through this program, students participate in career, technical or transfer classes.

The College offers approximately 98 academic programs. The degrees offered are an occupational certificate (A.A.), and A.Bus., A.S., A.G.S., and A.A.S. degrees. The various divisions of Arizona Western College are Social Sciences and Fine Arts, Science, Math and Agriculture, Modern Languages, Human Services, Communications, Business and Technology and General Studies.

The types of degrees offered are All Programs, AGEC Certificates, Transfer Degrees, Occupational Degrees, General Studies Degree and Occupational Certificates. In addition to the main campus at Yuma, there is La Paz Technology Center, Career Center, La Paz Learning Center, East Yuma County, San Luis Center and Somerton Center.
