The University has five Colleges and Centers of Excellence: Agricultural, Environmental, and Natural Sciences; Business and Information Science; Engineering, Architecture, and Physical Sciences; Veterinary Medicine, Nursing, and Allied Health; Liberal Arts and Education. These offer courses in engineering, natural and physical sciences, health science, aviation science, liberal arts and education, fine arts, and many other subjects.
The University is also a member of the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference(SIAC). Tuskegee University is proud of its baseball program, which has produced several great professional players including Leon Wagner, Ken Howell, Alan Mills, and Roy Lee Jackson.
