Miss Teen Tennessee USA selects representatives from the state Tennessee in the Miss Teen USA pageant. Host City: The pageant is a three-day event and is scheduled for October 5-7, 2006 in Clarksville, Tennessee.
Philosophy: The philosophy of this event is not to encourage young women to win but rather encourage them to develop and hone their skills in life and put the best in whatever they do.
Event: The event comprises where in the first day the Teens would put in rehearsals for the event along with a long interaction session with the top business leaders. Then during the second day choreographers, designer would set the stage for a round where there would be a swimsuit and an evening wear gown competition. The contestants prove their skill and worth on basis of which they would be selected. The third and final day would be a personal interview round where they have to convince the judges, panel members who would ultimately take the decision to select the top five finalist. By the end of the third day, we will have a new Miss Tennessee USA and Miss Tennessee Teen USA.
Criteria: Must be between 15 and under 19 years of age and should not have participated in any previous Miss USA Pageant. Should only compete in one MISS USA State Pageant, Should not be married, should be ca citizen of that state and should carry a good moral character and health.
