Krissy Wendell had scored 2 goals in 6-0 opening round wherein the team had defeated Switzerland in 2006 Winter Olympics held in Torin. American Women Hockey Team has won Gold medal in Olympic record in 1998 and won many silver medals in World Championship records in 1990 to 2004 along with won many silver medal in Nation Cup Record.
