The Art Institute of Atlanta was founded somewhere around the year 1949 and then it was known as Massey Business College. The Massey Business College or the Art Institute of Atlanta then offered diploma in basic business and secretarial skills. Later it added arts, fashion, and interior design to its course list.
It was in the year 1975 when the institute bore its new name “The Art Institute of Atlanta ”. Since then adopted a program of creative arts. The Art Institute of Atlanta thereafter received the official recognition by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. In the year 1999 Culinary Art was added to its set of educational programs.
The Art Institute of Atlanta is an ideal place of learning for the students with a passion for creativity and art.
