Dubai National School a private school, which was established in 1987 by a team of experienced people in the fields of sociology, education, health and psychology. The aim of Dubai National School is to educate not only the students of Dubai but of UAE, in keeping with the customs and beliefs of Islam.

Dubai National School at Al Barsha is made up of 8 school sections, each having an Administrative Supervisor. The campus has gymnasiums, cafeterias and an administration area. The chemistry, home economics, electronics, computer and physics laboratories are fully-equipped.
According to the weekly timetable of Dubai National School, there are 38 periods in a week. Regular classes begin at 8:00 A.M. and get over at 2:20 P.M. The recess timings differ from one grade to another.
