The American School of Dubai (ASD) is a coeducational day school in Dubai. The American School of Dubai in United Arab Emirates offers education from pre-Kindergarten till Grade 12. The curriculum of American School of Dubai is both modern and scientific, which takes into consideration the requirements of the modern world.
From January 1977 onwards, the school is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools in United States of America. The school is situated in Jumeirah, the suburbs of Dubai. It takes nearly 15 minutes from the business center of Dubai, 20 minutes from the Dubai International Airport to reach the school.
The campus of American School of Dubai sprawls over eight acres of land. The campus comprises of three main buildings, four computer labs, two multi-purpose gymnasiums, five art rooms, four science labs, two pre-kindergarten buildings, a two-storey library, and an art center. There are 69 classrooms in the school. The library has nearly 50,000 volumes of books that the students can refer and also borrow.
The campus of ASD in Dubai also includes a grassed playing field,two practice baseball diamonds, two outdoor basketball courts, two tennis courts, fitness center, 25-meter swimming pool, a well-equipped elementary playground and many other facilities.
