Uganda Health Policy distinctly started integration and renewal as the main schemes. Presently this is updated and the government has acceded into negotiations with givers with an opinion of enforcing a sphere wide accession.

Health expenditure was 7.4 %. During early 1990s 13 % of the inhabitants of Uganda suffered from HIV. At the end of 2003 the rate of the rate of HIV had come down to 4.1 %.
