visa of Turkmenistan can stay in Turkmenistan, but can not work, in Turkmenistan up to 3 months. If you want to stay in Turkmenistan for a long time, more than 3 months as well as want to stay in connection with studies or employment, then you should get a residence or work permit to stay in Turkmenistan. Stranger who wants to stay in Turkmenistan for over 3 months also need to present a doctor certificate on HIV, which will guarantee that the person is not affected with HIV/ AIDS.
The embassy of
Turkmenistan does not give
visas in case the applicant does not have

- An immigration card
- Applicant has a previous criminal record
- Applicant has been deported from Turkmenistan for illegal works within last five years, Purpose of entrance is questionable or
- If it is feared that the person will disturb public order in Turkmenistan
