For transferring a dead Turkish citizen to Turkey one should contact the
Turkey Consulate. The foreign citizens who worked or existed for a certain time can receive police clearance report from the Turkish Agency through the
Turkish Consulate.
If an outsider wants to apply for Turkish nationality then he or she should follow some major rules. Some of these rules are as follows:
- That person should possess good health.
- That person should talk in Turkish
- That person should not be below the age of 18 years
- That person should dwell in Turkey since the last five years
If the above terms are met then you can apply for receiving the Turkish nationality. Application for receiving this nationality can be done through
Turkey Consulate or through the office of the local Governor at Turkey. For the application through
Turkish Consulate some documents are needed and they are-
- 4 copies of photographs
- Administration charge
- A document displaying the applier's current nationality
- A certificate for proving the applier's capability of speaking Turkish

If a marriage is performed in UK between a Turkish and a British citizen and the marriage registration is done in Turkey then irrespective of divorce which may be received in the UK, a divorce case may be lodged in Turkey also. You may also meet the
Consulates of Britain in Turkey.
If a Turkish and Foreign citizen wants to get married in Turkey then they should give an application to the
Consulate at Turkey for inducting the formality. The certificate of no hindrance as well as identity and nationality certificate should be received from the UK registered office and should be sanctioned by the
Consulate in Turkey.
If two foreign citizens want to get married in Turkey then they should give an application to the
Turkey's Consulate.
