Turkey Recipe

Turkey recipe offer an immense variety of options starting from bread, vegetables, meze dishes, meat items to varied desserts to choose from, to satisfy your taste buds. The bread variety includes ekmek, manti whereas meat dishes as Izgara and sis kebab and varied Turkish desserts such as Keskul.

  • fresh salad greens in thick yogurt sauce with garlic
  • cold vegetable dishes cooked or fried in olive oil
  • fried crispy savory pastry deep fried mussels and so on
Meats Recipe:

The choicest recipe of Turks is "Kebab”. The varieties of kebab are “sis kebab" and the "döner”.
Döner kebab is made by placing layers of ground meat and leg pieces of lamb on a large skewer, and rotated in front of vertical grills. However, "Izgara"or mixed grilled meat is cooked meat with spices and eggs.

Turkish Vegetable variety: The common vegetable dishes include frying in olive oil zucchini or eggplant, tomatoes, green peppers and onions in either butter and in their own juices.
They like stuffed vegetables or "Dolma".

Turkish Desserts: Turkish Desserts complete the meal with varieties such as Gullac, Kazandibi, Kadayif, Hanim, Yoghurt Tatlisi and pumkin Kabak tatlisi.
