London Business School

The London Business School, an international business school located in Central London beside Regents Park was established in 1965. Being one of only two UK business schools to have a six-star research rating from the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), London Business School under the University of London is considered as one of the top business schools in Europe. The school holds the accreditation of European Foundation for Management Development 'Equis' and AACSB.

The London Business School has included variety of courses in its curriculum. In addition to the MBA program, it offers postgraduate degrees in finance and management and non-degree courses for business executives. Its MBA and Sloan Fellowship MSc programs are accredited through the prestigious AMBA. The flagship of the London Business School is its two-year MBA program, which has nominal fees of approximately £42,000 (GBP).

The students joining for the Executive MBA program also has the to pay the same fees. The full-time two-year MBA class holds the strength of 320 students who were admitted after a GMAT test. The other full-time core courses offered by the London Business School include a compulsory second language (other than English) and Information Management (Information Technology for managers).The School also offers part-time Executive MBA degrees like Global EMBA conducted jointly with Columbia Business School.

According to the survey, around 1000 students, from 70 countries, graduate from the school every year and that 80% of the students and 70% of the faculty hail from outside UK. The London Business School claims its victory by putting forward the names of 16,000 successful alumni in more than 100 countries.
