Kenan-Flagler Business School

The Kenan-Flagler Business School, the well-known leading business school under the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill was founded in 1919. The school formed as the Department of Commerce of UNC Chapel Hill's College of Arts, was renamed the Kenan-Flagler Business School in 1991 as a mark of respect to the two prominent American business families and benefactors of the school Mary Lily Kenan Flagler and her husband, Henry Morrison Flagler. The various courses offered by the Kenan-Flagler Business School impart up to date knowledge to the students.

The main courses it offers are- Full Time MBA program, Evening class on MBA for Executives, Weekend class on MBA for Executives, custom programs, open enrollment program, Master of Accounting, undergraduate program in BS Business Administration (BSBA) and PhD program. The OneMBA, the only global MBA program for executives, provided by the Kenan-Flagler Business School has been created by a collaborative partnership of five universities across four continents. The school has planned to make a few alterations to this program for the year 2008. This will be made up approximately 100 executives living and working in Europe, Asia, North America and South America. Executives will attend ongoing classes at the partner university for their region, and work together for four weeklong global residencies held in the US, Europe, Latin America and Asia. English has been made the common language for all OneMBA executives.
