The map portrays occurances of Tsunami. These are seismically induced oceanic wave caused by earthquakes within oceans. These unpredictable wave occurs in all oceans around the globe, but its frequency and amplitude are more discernible in the Pacific Ocean. On this map, source zones have been shown through circles - red circle represents high magnitude zone which causes serious destruction and yellow circle represents low magnitude zone and it causes moderate destruction.
