However, the sport can be played on any field. The aim of the sport is to score goals, and the team with more goals is declared the winner. A team of polo tennis consists of nine players, among whom, one acts as goalkeeper. The goal used in the sport is six feet tall and six feet wide. It is set inside a circle with 15 feet radius, where no player can enter except the goalkeeper. The game of polo tennis consists of three sets. Each set is of twelve minutes duration. In case of a tie between teams after the completion of sets, sudden death is played for eight minutes.
Polo tennis requires the equipments for tennis, racquets and a tennis ball. Generally any racquet can be used for the purpose. However, players are prohibited to use wooden and solid racquets.
