If someone is seeking for the solemnity of mind, the sacred temple at Dalada Maligawa in Kandy should be the best place to serve the purpose. This shrine that enshrines the tooth relic of Buddha.

One can also take a stroll in the Peradeniya Botanical gardens which house numerous and rare varieties of flora. The color of the diversity is sure to seep into the mind and leave a lasting memory. Similarly, the Hakgal Botanical gardens is also a good place to start on an expedition into the floral diversity of Colombo.
