Venezuela is known by the world's highest waterfall called the Angel falls. Venezuela was discovered in 1498 by the famous sailor Christopher Columbus. Venezuela gained its complete independence in 1830. Venezuela forms a part of South America and it is surrounded by the Caribbean Sea.

The currency of Venezuela is termed as the Currency Bolivar (VEB). Caracas is the capital of Venezuela. Venezuelans celebrates the 5th of July as their national day.

Religions of Venezuela:

Majority of Venezuelans are the followers of Christianity. However, Catholics comprise the major part of the population. The Protestants rank second after the Catholics in terms of religion in Venezuela, the rest of the population is a mixed population the followers of varied religions.
