Eldora

Eldora is a prime ski resort of the United States of America and is located in Boulder County in Colorado, a province of the United States, near the Denver metro area.

The resort offers excellent snow and other skiing conditions for the visitors who crowd it every year. This ski resort is situated at an altitude of 9,199 feet at its base. The top of the resort goes as high as 10,800 feet. The ski area of the Eldora Mountain Resort covers 680 acres. The resort offers all the facilities needed during a skiing expedition.

The Eldora Mountain Resort has as many as 52 ski slopes in its ski area. The 11 ski lifts serving the Eldora Ski Resort serve as the connector between all these slopes. The slopes are shaped for the separate uses of all the skiers-beginner, intermediate and expert. Apart from Alpine Skiing, the Eldora Ski Resort offers cross country skiing and has 45 kilometers of trails allotted for it. There is also a snowpark for the enjoyment of the skiers and the visitors. The ski hiring facility is also available inside the resort. The Eldora Mountain Resort also offers snowboarding activities.

During the skiing season from November to April, the hotels, chalets and apartments of the Eldora Ski Resort offers excellent accommodation. Favorable snow conditions, excellent skiing facilities and cozy accommodation- all these together make Eldora one of the most coveted ski resorts among the skiers from across the globe.
